Very clean not a single insect around, I ve stayed there for a week couldn't like it more, the staff was very pleasant also, I would definitely recommend it

Unpleasant

Comforter not clean with unpleasant smell. Mosquito bite. Cockroach in toilet. Reception do not hv parking coupon when needed it.

Disappointed
Posted 23 Dec 2018 on HotelsFor the past 15months, I had been staying here. It is not my 1st time staying in room 509. I am upset that after so long, they still have change the broken holder for the shower head. And the complimentary toiletries were used and not replenished.

I had booked with this hotel several times when I travel to Malaysia. Manager and staffs are very nice and attend to my needs immediately.. The beds are comfortable and environment is very peaceful. Room is clean and comfortable size for a family and double room. With lots of windows and bright.
I recommend this hotel for a everage hotel and rates are reasonable.

Need repair work.
Posted 18 May 2018 on HotelsI had been staying here many times already. Previous experiences had been good but not this time. 1st time staying in room 302. The wash basin is leaking badly and the heater is not warm even when its at max.
