The hotel is very well maintained - probably the best in Subang so far. Easy and convenient to get around and the staff are very attentive and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others in the future. We will be happy to return the next time we are in Subang as well.

Requested for extra pillows through front office desk. Message was relayed to the housekeeping dept but HOUSEKEEPING dept did not fulfill my request until I have to make another phone call to the front office desk.

Rude front desk staff
Posted 23 Aug 2024 on HotelsPre paid for a room with king sized bed. First I was told they were putting me in a different hotel, after I said I wanted to stay in the hotel I booked they then told me (not asked) that my room was two single beds. Initial check in I was ignored until someone went to back room to get the desk staff out, then halfway through check in he abruptly told me someone else would finish my check in, as he then detoured to end of front desk to start checking in aircrew. Made me feel like bottom priority, I have stayed at this hotel many times but this will now be last time I stay at this hotel, so rude.
