To improve on cleanliness
Staff manning the counter to be proactive (make a to-do list etc.) to provide promised services such as clean towels and parking fee waiver without customers having to remind/ask.

What I didn't like is the TV channels are the worst I've come across. Everything is local boring and worst rated shows.
Bathroom shower leaking
Didn't do pest control can notice small black Roche's running around.

Was requested for non smoking room
But the room given was having terrible cigarette smokes smell
The tv turn blue and nothing can be done to fix it. We want to watch aff match that’s why tv is important!
