The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before it came be used, WiFi router was not working because the main breaker kept tripping. They also send notes that extras to be charged for extra things and late check-out. Can you kindly seriously look into this matter as I had bad experience and I am not going recommend this place to anyone for staying. Thank you
