Firstly disappointed no lobby lift.... Secondly no bell boy service to carry luggage Thirdly no proper requirements to provide facility....i. e. Like ironing board / TV control / sleeping blanket & no further information highlights before booking giving us ..... Very poor ! If older age people or sick or heart patients how to go up floor level # L1 to upper level . I here very very dissatisfied on this hotel booking. Pls consider our feedback are no happy !

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have stated in the facilities section that our hotel does not have an elevator, only stairs. We apologize again and will improve our progress. Thanks for the comment.
