Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. 1 of the lift was not working and Room Key activation System was down due to which I was always accompanied by staff to unlock my room

Pros: The rooms are large with super comfortable beds, a super treat after 10 days in SIngapore:-)
Cons: The aircons are faulty not forst time and had to change rooms. The TV only has a sports channel in English.
Location: Located near Pavilion and Fahrenheit shopping centers and Low Yat the electronics mall with Times Square and Bukit Bintang 5 mins walk away
A relatively new hotel on the block that has much to offer the holiday goers in KL. Well located for shopping, various foods and transport into and out of the city.
The staff are keen and want to provide service and provided a suitable for my needs at check in.
The rooms are large and spacious with a super sized bed for quality sleep.
*Note I recommend you have them wash your hotel floor on arrival as found them particularly dirty from previous occupants

Good bed for sleeping, except air-conditioning is leaking water when getting too cold.
