Room is not cooling at all. Really not comfortable at all. Seriously need to improve on the room facilities. But really appreciate the staff. The receptionist is very good and understanding.

I travel quite frequent either for my business trip or for leisure, this is the worst experience that I had. I am not only black listed this hotel but also will tell anyone that I know for not staying in this hotel.
I stayed from 5/May 2019 till 8/May 2019.
First thing first, I booked thru Expedia on 29/Apr 2019 and my check-in date is 5/May 2019. However, they mentioned that they didn't receive any reservation from Expedia.
Second, the room has a kind of smell once I entered.
Third, the power supply is not stable and it tripped a few times in a night.
Fourth, it was so noisy early in the morning at 6am by playing Indian song very loudly.
Fifth, on the second day, the light bulb in the toilet was not in good condition, it was not stop blinking. I informed the reception to change it when I went out at 8.30am. But I found that it was not changed when I came back at 6pm.
Lastly, I booked my stay for four night, they didn't have the courtesy to offer my the mineral water.

Toilet is smelly. Bed, pillow case and towel need to change new.

Aircon not cold

A short stay or quick over night is fine
Posted 7 Jun 2018 on HotelsSupposed to have a room with windows during booking and somehow not available anymore during the stay but it's ok for a quick stay. The room was not providing any tissue not even a box or toilet roll in the bathroom. Stagnant water always appeared on the bathroom floor. Location wise is good that has various eatery outlet to choose from Asian to Western food.
