Awesome service. Great for families with kids. One of the best hotel operations i have experienced. They book cars for yiur rides, have every information you need, help claim baggages from airport if they are delayed, money exchange

Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!
