The hospitality needs to be broad based with courteous gestures rather than policy emphasis to customers

Great Customer Service and Location
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsFantastic hotel with big room and Twin Tower views. Easy connectivity to the mall and PWTC station for commute.
Breakfast had a good spread of local and international.
Mr Fauzi from front desk was extremely helpful and friendly to guide and provide any customer support.

The breakfast was amazing so many choices. Transport to city right on the doorstep and Sunway Putra mall across the road. Plenty to eat and shopping was very reasonably priced.
