This property is run by multiple companies (booking, housekeeping, maintenance etc.), every company had their own booking and entertain only if booked with them,
The units are very nice and clean, amenities are good.
however our experience as family (2 kids) was not good, everyday we had some new problem, Wi-Fi not working, TV didn't work, need to ask for logins for applications (Netflix, Prime), No hand towels in bathroom. no slippers for bathroom use.
First day we called front desk and was told you didn't book with us so we are not responsible send message to the number provided on the access key card.
The communication is via WhatsApp chat and the company will reply only when they see the chat on their convenience.
If you don't remind for housekeeping they don't do it, so everyday you have to send housekeeping request before you go out.
Housekeeping is only 9 AM to 6 PM, so if you need something late you have to wait for next day.
Also Housekeeping is not available on public holidays.
Overall though its very near to the city center, service was very poor and inconvenient.
Better call them before you decide to book.
