Came back after dinner and 1 towel was missing. Called reception and they said they'll send right away. None. Had to share towel. Safe not working. Rain shower not working. Poor rom facility. Breakfast was good.

Buffet breakfast is legendary, staff are very attentive and friendly. Surrounding infrastructure (footpaths etc) let it down

The room that the first day we stayed was smelly and mosquito in the room. We requested for cleaner and no mosquito room for the next two more days we stayed. We wish that they should dust the table and chair .

Looks good from outside but if entering your room is so bad 2 times change my room still is same . In future never have to go back again.

It’s 5-star but only the exterior, the interior is more like 2-star condition. Moldy bathroom, peeled wallpapers, old 720i TV, barebone gym facility. It’s in Bukit Bintang, the center of downtown KL, but it takes an 11-minute walk to the closest convenience store, or 12 minutes to the closest MRL station. That’s inconvenient. Well, you get what you pay for. True 5-star hotels in Bukit Bintang costs almost twice as much.

Great room and bathroom. Our only issue was a shortage of hot water for our first two days. Once fixed, we had nomissues.

Carpet was dirty and I could feel hair under my feet. The seal around the shower was worn out So water would flow into bathroom making floor slippery. The room cleaner did not leave a floor towel so I had to ask for one

Great buffet but showing its age

The hotel must have been excellent once, it’s showing its age. My couch had rips in the leather, paint peeling in the halls. The breakfast buffet was amazing but the other in house restaurants were closed. The hotel is dry now, no notice that bar was closed. My bed and pillows were very comfortable but the A/C was on maximum everywhere using lots of energy and making the indoor spaces very cold.

Old hotel that needs some renovation. But for the price you pay, its good enough.
