Room was so bad I asked to change. Stained walls, a hole where an intercom used to be. Leaking toilet hose. No hot water. TV didnt work. Building plaster on bathroom door & walls. No where to hang towels. Not clean. Little on kitchen. Not enough to prepare a meal. Second room better but not very clean & still some faults. The lifts are so slow. Expect to wait 7+ minutes for the lift then a crowded slow ride. Took me 15 minutes to get to my floor once Only positives are the size of the rooms & the view.

The hotel is good for the price. The room is Ok, the breakfast is nice, and the location is A but i would not stay here again nor recommend it because when we woke up we were covered in bug bites. Informed them at check out. Hope they do something about it to prevent it from happening again because it is a really nice property, close to everything

This is not a hotel. They'll give you an apartment and tell you a nicely crafted story for it. And don't even expect more than 1 star overall.

Quite a disappointing stay with Regalia

the air Cond is leaking water, the toilet was old, the floor was dusty, tv not functional, no hair dryer (provided upon request with 30 minutes waiting time), the fridge was old, toilet roll left abit, the curtain looks dirty n old, the room door was old, my friend was locked inside the room, need to keep trying to make it open. Parking was expensive, around RM33++ for overnight.

I'm trying my best to be thorough and do not read this and think ohh that's just her opinion. Here are the facts. They have 6 elevators. One worked the entire 2 weeks i was there. For 38 floors... ONE WORKED. When you order food or use grab no one will come near the hotel. You have to walk to the other side of the lot. They share the pool with the residents and you have to fill out a form every time you want to swim. So dumb. The "breakfast buffet" was non existent. They served over cooked sausage, rice and hashbrowns in a paper bag for 35 rm A PERSON! Trash. My room smelled of mildew because the floor was wet from some unknown leak by the window. The windows don't open. The rooms have and and little bugs that they don't do anything about even when asked. No English speaking channels so don't expect it which is fine but not very thoughtful. You can't really walk to anything from this hotel. It's on a hill and next to a freeway. Front desk was nice, the view from the pool is breathtaking and that is the only good. After all the inconvenience, they had the nerve to charge me for misplacing the elevator key! Laughable, it never worked! I took the stairs everyday! Do not recommend. Just do not do it!
