Posted 3 Aug 2024 on HotelsWow! Employees are really attentive, fixed issues quickly, food was excellent and staff were very friendly! The rooms and hotel are extremely run down, not cleaned well enough due to under staffing and we strongly suspect the bites suffered were bed bug bites. The photos on the websites misrepresent what the actual conditions are. It’s near China town, a convenience store and some restaurants. The management really needs to invest money into this property. Mostly S/E Asians staying there during my stay. It’s not bad value for the money when you factor in the breakfast. Likely wouldn’t stay there again. Front desk staff very good though.

Room was nice, tv didn't work. There is a lingering musty smell throughout the building. The food in on site restaurant was delicious

Good for the price
Posted 7 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe location for me was really good. The outside and the lobby are really nice but the room I was in was just run down. It all just felt a bit neglected. Broken tiles on the bathroom walls. The bed was comfy though and for me it was a place the sleep and that was it. Water was hot too for a shower. I didn’t pay much so I can’t really complain.
