Nasty hotel

Hotel was awful. I was assigned a room next to the reception where TV was playing out loud. Manager was extremely rude, definitely needs training, lots of training. I would avoid this place like a plague.

hello sir we are already upgrade to the bigger room without charges at the 3rd floor.FO already inform only can use one bed only but u use both bed.Why are u making the rubbish story.
