The resort is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk to the largest mall in Malaysia, and they also offer a shuttle service to the mall. A huge thanks to the staff! They were incredible. Everyone was amazing, true Malaysian hospitality there.

Didn’t quite like the need to walk up stairs to reach the reception and the lift lobby. My knees injury hurt badly that few days.
The plus point was that the staffs were super friendly and the room was great.

My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great.
BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel.
We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.

Newly renovated hotel. Nice and clean rooms all around. Comfortable bed.
