My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great. BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel. We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.

Great hotel. Clean, good service, quiet and peaceful. Good be a little better for Sr citizen friendliness with ramps vs staircases

Sloppy housekeeping

Back door to patio wasn't locked, there were 3 coffee bean cups that were not disposed, no bathroom slippers and no bath towels!

Highly recommended. Comfortable stay. Staffs were very friendly. Superb vibe to get away from the city.
