no hot water, only three TV channels, no table, and there are ants. The only good thing is the staff was helpful, changed me to another room

I like the location cause it’s near where i want to go. I didn’t the curtain cause the light can still go through. wakes me up

First of all the lobby was nice and room also. That's about the structure. But the staff's are not customer friendly and kinda rude. And the parking space is available at basement of the hotel but it's not really easy accessible. As we have to go out of the hotel and climb few narrow space for the dark staircase heading to basement parking. It was really disappointing for that. I will not even will choose over the hotel again. While checking in they don't even have my booking details.
