Window in room didn’t close
Roaches in room

There is a band playing outside the hotel at 1 am, but the staff did not say anything about it, but in the morning, I and my friend just chatting slowly got scold by the staff said that we disturbing others, while the hotel didn't have any guest. And they didn't said anything about the security deposit. and the picture really misleading, the room is not that big, it is just enough size to put queen bed and did not have any space.

It was convenient, however they did not mention that there is a band that plays outside every night between 1am to 4am... i could sleep at all.

Clean and location is good

Ok for cheap stay. I reserve online family room for 2 Queen bed and paid online. After arrived at counter he ask me to pay more RM30 because I have 2adult 2 children.

Reasonable enough. They kindly keep my backpack even on the day I did NOT stay at this hotel. I really appreciated their kind extra service.
