Had trouble to connect to the internet. Called the front desk and said the manager would assist me but the manager didn’t appear till the day I checked out. At last, my husband helped me out. Iron and iron board are by request. Overall, it was a good stay.

Not that bad for those requires a stay in the area

had a 5 nights stay and it was nice :) (+) breakfast spread was good, hotels provide affordable lunch buffet and some dinner options. room generally clean with comfy bed & pillow, theres a very cute kampong boy artwork too. staff service are friendly. walking distance to nearby mamak stall and small shops. (ok-ok) sunway pyramid is about 10 mins drive, nearest airport would be subang. it would be better if they can vacuum some dust off the floor carpet thorougly. (-) location is still developing. therefore, not that good -lack of accessibility coz the only way in and out from the hotel area is either driving or taking a Grab ride. far from city centre and KLIA.

Let's see. We started staying in this hotel not due to location but the reputation they had as a Accor brand. We found this 2 years ago while booking for a company trip and we were impressed with their service and the rooms. They staff was polite, and quick thinking. We have stayed a couple more times after that. Today during check in I must say we were totally disappointed with the service. From the front counter to the supervisor to the Director of Sales who did not call me back. Even after promising. I do not know if I will want to stay here again.
