Posted 22 Sep 2019 on HotelsWe dropped off at the hotel. We found there was NO lift. We walked the stairs to 3rd floor. The counter uncle really super slow service for us. He was slow writing down my IC, my phone number and my booking number..... we were taken 15min to get keys and check-in. LOL. we opened room.. we found toilet door has broken... My mom complaint to me ground too oily and fully smell smoking in the room. After 1hour, we have booked new another hotel. But we check-out only < 1hour. LOL. We wasted worth RM40++ per day.. to uncle (HE happy ya)... We are unhappy. we feeling nightmare if we stay this room... Buddy, we are NOT recommend you to stay this Melawati Hotel. I give 1 out of 5 stars.

Close to the food courts and visiting the mall, our morning visit many interesting breakfast menus and lots of options ... there is also plenty of parking
