Noticed this hotel was highly used for alternative services a lot. No soap in my bathroom. Lack of daily vacuuming. Some leaks and mold evident. Staff was very friendly though.

The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests.
In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes.
You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available, variety of food cuisines, pharmacies, massage parlours, etc are all a 5-10min walk away. Train station and IOI mall are just across the highway.

Posted 14 Oct 2023 on HotelsThis hotel for me it’s clean, although I been seen a stain on the bedsheets but based on the linen smell, they change the bedsheets every time guest c/o. Toilet also for me clean although not a perfect. I have been go and try their swimming pool, it’s just nice but you can see mouldy on the swimming pool wall. It’s just okay for me and relaxing because no body was there. Overall for me this hotel was comfortable and I don’t mind to coming back soon for the next football matches.
