We booked a two-bed room and was given a one-bed room, managed to change at the end but the moment we entered the room, we saw a big booger sticking next to sink in bathroom.
Checked in at 2am due to flight delay, after showered lied down on bed, there’s smell on sheet clearly the house keeping didnt change it.
We booked this hotel because its newly built but air conditioned was leaking the entire night.
Spoke to the manager at front desk next morning he offered to change our room without offering any compensation

An amazing hotel. Beautiful, clean at walking distance from a big shopping mall. Not far from the airport or the city centre.

Need to walk a long distance to shopping mall, should provide shutter bus
