For a low cost accommodation, it's quite good. The hotel managers were good but the other staff in reception need to customer service level improvement

The hotel is great for solo travelers looking for just a room to sleep at night, the room although small is very clean, modern and great value for the price.

Stayed here many times already. The location is very convenient for transportation and lots of dining options nearby.

Small but clean
Posted 22 Dec 2023 on HotelsRoom small. Air condition blowing on you. Is clean and is ok. The surrounding plenty of food and easy to move around with monorail, trains to different areas.

Horrible Stay
Posted 21 Aug 2023 on HotelsThis was an AWFUL hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. The front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for an extra pillow and they said no - you only get what is in your room. Pillow had blood on it and they wouldn't replace it for a clean new pillow. There was a roach in our room that I had to kill and the front desk could care less. Rooms are way smaller than the pictures lead to believe. Stay somewhere else.
