Unorganized and unhygienic service apartment
Posted 8 Apr 20181. There's no clear instruction on where to search for the keys, or even state there are several towers in M city before we arrived. Hence, we thoughts it is one building that consist of a lobby that we could get our key easily. It took us half an hour to search for the correct tower and figure out the parking issue. 2. The elevator was broken without any notice in advance that wasted another 15 minutes of our time to travel back and forth to verify that we did not arrive at the wrong building. 3. Bed sheets are full of dirts, stains,and hairs. It's unhygienic and uncomfortable for us to stay here. We're expecting to have a clean resting area. It took us 5 hours in total to wash and dry the bed sheets linen. Hence, we didn’t get to rest until 1AM.
