The place to avoid

An average stay considering the cheap pricing. The room was smelly so was the bathroom. The smell of someone sweating in the master bedroom was so unbearable so much so that I have to use the other bathroom which also smells but not as bad. The washing machine and the dryer was also not functioning. All the remote control except one was with batteries.

Cons: everything is bad.
i booked a 3 bedroom suites, when i checked in, hotel downgraded me without letting me know, and claim that they have no more rooms so i have to accept the 2 bedrooms and will add extra bed for me. After all the complains, finally decided to cancel the room. Hotel Staff FORCED us to pay penalty eventhough we did not stay. RUDE STAFF. NO MANNERS. Staff ignore my complain email as well. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Cons: where do i start
Waited 30 minutes to check in, no reception desk is run by a travel agency, when they turn up confusion reigns, take you too your room show you how operate the security door and they leave. Totally wrong room to what pictures are posted on expedia and what was printed on our itinery, room was disgraceful , we left.

Luxury Service is a ghost company

Arrived at Taragon facility 3:30 A.M and with help of security guard started calling the Luxury suites number provided by Hotels.com reservation. Repeated calls and no one picked up the phone or showed up. Around 5:45 had to go to another hotel.

My room which I already booked ahead was occupied by someone else. Couldn`t either find another room since it was fully booked.

It is a terrible nightmare for my family and me. I was booked this apartment three days before. When I arrived to that apartment and the security guard was denied me to enter the apartment without the"agent".this was make me so confuse and nervous because it's already 11pm but I still can't check in...at last I noticed that there are no front desk to let you do your check in and you have to call the agent come and give you the key even though you booked from the Internet but din't mentioned the agent phone no. And have to call the agent to arranged first before you go. The more worse is I keep on calling the no. Not less than 20 times and nobody answer the call even the guard also help me to call the"agent". I stand in front of the guard house nearly 45 mins call the "agent" and the wed site to ask for help,at the last I only get the advised from guard-"go to report the police" and I have to find another hotel myself........ So,my advised is don't stay at that apartment......

不建議再去住,因為對方是當二房東出租,打電話連繫也搞不清楚自己出租哪個房間,裡面不夠整潔 有櫥櫃有霉味.
