Our room was ok yet the aircon didn’t work well, the mini bar fridge wasn’t cool enough and the terrace was poorly maintained.

I had an electrical issue in my room - kept losing power. The maintenance and front desk coordinated a response daily to the issue. Even though it was a negative, the level of service and communication made it ok
