Checking in can be a bit confusing and you have to be patient with the lift, it's a great place to stay in SIN with an amazing view of the city. The guys who run the hostel are very understanding and helpful.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had staying I. A hostel and can’t recommend it enough. The staff were absolutely excellent. The view from the balcony was amazing. And the rooftop pool is out of this world! Will definitely be back.

Great building facilities but bad hostel owners!!!

The owners of this hostel stole my airpods off my bed when I had gone to the toilet and they were cleaning the bunk above mine. I would recommend travellers to use many of the alternative hostels in this same building to ensure they and their belongings have a safe stay. The pool on the roof is a big draw to staying in this apartment block and rightly so! It's got a bar, a good atmosphere and incredible views.

Pool view makes it good. Clean bed linen, comfortable bed, location: nothing really around, staff needs to be more around but generally you can contact via WhatsApp

Positives: The view from the rooftop infinity pool and from the hostel itself. The beds were comfortable Negatives: The pool/etc is shared by everyone in the entire high rise building (comprising of numerous hotels, hostels, and residences). Very busy. There is a communal fridge. Some pre packaged food is bought as a gift for my family got opened and stolen. Despite my name being written on it. Disgusting behaviour. Staff didn’t seem to care... in fact when I asked one of them he said he’d seen someone take it 2 days ago??? Very disappointing I paid for a room with 4 beds but they overbooked so put me in a room with more people. They told me to make it up to me they would include a breakfast which would ‘normally be expensive’. This ‘expensive’ breakfast consisted of toast with butter, jam, or Kaya spread.... one morning on my 4 night stay we even got some juice! Extremely disappointing and bad customer service. There were no towels provided. At all. Even in the toilet after you washed your hands. Not even towels in the kitchen after you’ve washed your dishes. Ridiculous. Bathrooms were always covered in water. The floor is slippery stone so this is a real health hazard. No soap in the bathrooms. Occasionally soap is provided in the shower. Someone would come in late at night and turn off the aircon - thus you would wake up in a pool of sweat Location isn’t very convenient to access the majority of good places in KL. Wouldn’t stay here again
