Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed.
Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression.

Decent, new looking hotel
Posted 16 Jan 2024 on HotelsIt looks like quite a new hotel. Everything was in place. However, the breakfast choice was rather limited. My room had a bit of oily surface near the window. Other than that all was okay.

Sleep,eat, shop and repeat. Massive mall door opens up from the hotel lobby. Mall also has a cinema. Great staff and amazing hotel amenities.

Posted 23 Dec 2023 on HotelsGood front office greeting and customer svc friendly interaction focused to providing that GEM. Kudos to Natasha and Vivian for a fabulous room for a much needed rest. Breakfast was locale standards but would be good if extended to more variety. Hotel accessible to shopping mall and walking distance to mrt station. Good viable and hotelable area.
