Decent for the price
Posted 22 Oct 2018 on HotelsRoom was decent, as expected for the price paid. Near a mall and not too bad a of a grab ride from the Bukit Bintang. Only complaint is that it says here that they offer airport shuttle service but they do not. We asked about it upon check in and they didn’t know or anything about it. She called her boss who eventually told us they would take us for RM20, which sounds great! But when we were ready to go, they actually just called us a grab, which we could have done ourselves and ended up costing RM80. So just be aware of that if you’re headed to the airport.
