Great staff. Has been renovated, so was comfortable and nice. Beds a little on the hard side for me, but that’s probably how people like it. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. Conveniently located for what I was there for.

Booking for my niece and sister visiting from overseas, we check-in around 10 pm and it was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. The front desk staff acted inappropriately, tone and manner we felt was horrible. When my 8yrs old niece said hello to him, his answer was 'Passport!' and asking us to pay tourism fee which doesn't mention on the Expedia website.
I was asking to provide more details about this tourism fee but what he answered to me was only one sentence 'See your voucher'.
I do not expecting too much things that we are not asking for. Please be nice to the kids, and I want you to highlight this incident and improve your hospitality.

I am the Samoan guy who spent a few nights at this hotel, and I have been satisfied with the service provided by the staff members from the first till my very last day there.
The room was ok, I did not face any challenge during my stay.
Every morning, the variety of food available during breakfast session was really good, I enjoyed it, not only that, but I do appreciate the smiling faces and the satisfying assistance of the staff who assisted me. That made every food delicious.
Thank you all for your service, it is highly recommended.
Additionally, I felt so humbled when I was approached by some of the staff for a photo, I still have photos I took, and the special one you guys took.
I have it all, great memories wish I was there for a long time.
If I get a chance to come to Malaysia again in the future time, I will surely choose to stay at your hotel.
