When we arrived the front desk informed us that we have a free upgrade to a bigger room which was delightful. But the room is too cold even we have off to fan mode and set to higher temperature it doesn't seem to work (if the aircon is central control..hmmm) We do have a pleasant stayed at this hotel.

Exvellent location, wonderful and very helpful staff. Big and very comfortable room, but bathroom and shower could do with some renovation. Overall just wonderful.

Love staying at the Millennium when in KL. very friendly, welcoming, and so helpful .

Everything was good at the property but I keep hearing banging sounds of the door outside in the early morning.

Location was awesome and that’s the main reason for my choice. However, hotel should look at upgrading - WiFi speed was poor - have many blind spots, toilet bowl was leaking, shower tap were loose, tv signal went down due to downpour. Was glad that our request for late check out was acceded but we were locked out because the card access had to be manually extended. Having said that, staff service made up for it
