We had to change to 3 rooms cuz the key card wasnt working. Then the water in the shower area takes forever to drain. Overall a terrible experience. Will never come again

When I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.
