Horrible Experience.

•Unclear instructions that upon arrival you would need to call the "agent" for your room.
•Number stated was unreachable, forcing us to call Expedia.sg (calling back to SG = expensive) to get another contact number.
•The service was unacceptable, when we got through to the number that was given to us by Expedia.sg the person was rude and had absolutely no manners asking us "so what you want me to do! " when We only asked where we should go to check in.
•Pictures on Expedia are totally different from what the room actually looks like. (Yellow sheets, old dirty furniture (that looks like they would have bugs in them), dingy and dark. What was worse was that it was filled with the stale stench of cigarettes)
•Was promised to check in at 2pm but was delayed and was only greeted with a unmade room at 3pm.
•We cancelled our reservation upon looking at the state of the room. The room is not worth saving that extra $100-200 for comfort and service.

Posted 31 Dec 2016 on HotelsI booked a single bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed but the hotel give me a room with 2 single beds. Then they offered me with breakfast ( for 2 persons only) and a very thin matress. It is really un-comfortable for 3 adults. Really unsatisfactory.

Posted 14 Dec 2016 on HotelsFirst experince staying a apartment instead of a hotel. very much recommended that u stay at berjaya time square hotel instead of service apartment at berjaya time square. please be prepared that there is no room service as there is no phone in the room and you have to pay for your parking fee( we paid RM36 for 1.5day) . there is a hand soap if u dun bring ur toiletries for shower (luckily i brought mine). good luck to all hv choose Excellent Suites at Times Square...its so not Excellent after all

Pros: Everything just a normal like other hotel except this place situated at time square
Cons: Wish can easily check in like other hotel but to bad Expedia didn't give correct information and contact. After 3 hour of waiting only able to get check in the room. Expedia customer support promise to call but until the end no one call. Never choose Expedia again. Even the customer support tone are rude.
Location: Nothing to do over here but it's nearby shopping centre. Almost everything walking distance.
