Great room aesthetics , good customer service and complimentary breakfast is definitely a plus point. Easily one of the best hotel experience i've ever had!

It’s in a hipster and convenient neighbourhood with colorful bars and eateries. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The decor was very tasteful and comforting. Don’t miss the great breakfast at Raw.

Fantastic hotel!

This is truly an oasis in hot and humid KL. The staff were fantastic my entire stay. Breakfast is good. Cooked to order, not buffet. Not a large selection, but enough. I will stay here again next time I’m in KL.
