Easy access to the mall and get stuff that u need. Which just beside the hotel.

Property is new and clean but can be better (spotted a stain on the sink and it is still there after house keeping, guess all hotels nowadays do not do a thorough clean anymore)
Water pressure in the shower is very bad, usual 15 mins bath time would probably takes 30 mins.

Please note that hotel had follow up with the Expedia in order to reconfirm on the client side either client agreed to continue with postponement booking option. However, no response received from Expedia and booking had turn up into no show and no show charges applied. Hotel have to received valid supporting documents from Expedia in order to proceed with any changes request by the client to avoid from any dispute. Except for the location, which is a bit far from KLCC, all other aspects were fantastic. The food was delicious and varied, and all staff would greet you with a big smile. They consistently pay great attention to your needs with outstanding hospitality. The room was neat and clean without any odour, which I liked the most during my stay. I will definitely choose this five-star hotel if I go to KL again in the future.
