First time at this hotel & loving it. Given the 4 stars rating because I had requested for wake up call follow up call 45mins later due to super important meeting that I need to attend; the hotel didn’t wake me up. Anyway, everything else is value for value. The service is great, very convenient location, rooms is spacious. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Pro:
A very good location close to a lot shopping areas.
Cons:
Breakfast has a lot of variety but it is almost the same dishes during our 4 nights of staying. it is very disappointing that they did not provide tea bags (I’m not a coffee lover) and when I checked with the staff, they mentioned that the tea bags is exempted and have to pay if need. A bit surprised as they used canned fruits to serve in the fruits area although they do have cut watermelons. Fruit selection is limited.
Toilet is clean but has small flies

The room was great, large at a great price, with a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is perfectly located, right behind Pavilion, so there are a lot of dining and shopping activities at a short walking distance.

We had a grat stay. Really convenient location
Family room was just the right size amd clean. Pool was great to have. Only down side was the room service. We planned to eat at the bar but it was not manned. We tried the cafe but we coildnt get a snack. Room service was thwrefoew our only option. We jad to wait 55 miniyes and it was cold and just not great. Otherwise a great stay. We woild consider one of their other hotels.

The rooms need renovation. The room floor carpet has stains and smelly. I stayed in 10th floor.

KL is Too hot in July- food delivery was great

Grab food delivery saved us.
Hotel was drab, sink did not drain very fast. Pool was nice but small. Bathroom by pool was musty.

It was an excellent location,breakfast is awesome and staff are very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family ❤️.
The only thing missing is hand and face towels, instead tissues was provided not the same to wipe your face with tissue.
I think the hotel is going Green too much
