Recently completed over the Covid period so most facilities are in good condition close to a good shopping mall and eateries safe area

I am not happy the room was given is smell of other room smoking and my room is strong cigarette smells.
I have complaint to the duty manager and manage to get replacement new room.

It's a nice hotel and I would rate it as excellent for everything . Only 1 issue that the hotel needs to look into is the lift service. Waiting for the lift takes too long.

Everything was good but breakfast was very average. They serve nasi lemak at breakfast everyday but there’s no fried chicken?!

Check in the hotel and the AC not working. I told front desk that going for dinner and back so they can fix the AC. When come back; the AC is not fixed and the enginnering came back and fixed it. Vwry unorganize
