Not bad except for the AC not cold enough

1) Room AC Not cold enough. 2) Staff asked me to park behind the hotel. That alley looked dangerous. I don’t want to take the chance. So I parked at the public parking, I didn’t display any parking coupon. Maybe I’m lucky because no ticket was issued by any authorities. Most of the staffs there are Indian immigrant workers. No issues with that. They were alright and nice mannered. Totally no issues👌. Rooms are squeaky clean👌. Toilets are very clean totally not any stains. Only thing is there are no proper parking at the hotel. Otherwise every thing good. Worth the money spent.

Room booked online not available during checkin

I booked and pay for family room. But the front desk told me that family room not available when i check in. They only can provide me a normal queen room with an additional single bed. After add the single bed, the room was very spaceless, not comfortable for us. I called hotels.com today and d'metro hotel told them this is due to their system error...really disappointed with their service.
