Curtains didn’t close all the way and felt just a bit of dampness to the touch on the sofa and curtains and it wasn’t dirty but definitely wasn’t clean in opinion. I have high standards for cleanliness though.

The room is damp and smells musty. Because of that, I don't think I would stay there again. But the security staff are very nice. Front desk staff are so so. Price is good. Location is great. It's very close to the Masjid Jamek station, Merdeka Square, Central Market and Chinatown.

Such a big hotel,don't even have a carpark for its stay in customers. Can't even compare to a two star hotel.
