Accommodations (although there were no trash cans) were not a problem. It was not easy to get to the room. The procedure was confusing and I couldn't do anything without being told by whatsapp what to do next. It was very frustrating. I didn't think it was worth the cost of labor.

The advert was exceptionally deceiving. The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom. They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. Expedia thankfully helped us go somewhere else which was so great of them. Thank you Expedia.

The review is a fake and I'll intend, the guest booked our place last minute and we even help them check in WITHOUT any deposit as a sign of courtesy.We do provide gas stove but the guest did not bother to ask us anything. We would like to reinstate that we will NEVER enter the room without guest concent. Further more, we NEVER advertise the place with private pool in every room (with the affordable price rate that we provide it is IMPOSSIBLE), instead it's a PUBLIC pool located on the 10th floor (again the guest never ask us and just left the place the next day) The review is misleading If there's any inquiry during the stay, the guest should contact us, and we for sure will attend their inquiry and work things out.
