Although stayed 1 night only, the nice check-in experience with friendly smile and welcome drink made me feel comfortable. I certainly will come back again when I visit KL in future. The room conditions are over my expectation.

Brilliant staff absolutely outstanding!!

Fantastic location - Less than 5 mins walk to KL Sentral.
Property uses very quality bath amenities.
Security wise, I liked the fact that guests need to tap in after 8pm to access the lobby.
