I tried to change my booking several days in advance until it was no longer possible. So I had to stay in another hotel and only spend one night there. Two cockroaches were found in the kitchen, and a cotton swab was left on the carpet—very disappointed this time.

Property is dated, reception is clueless, reservations made months in adv but put us on diff floors. Almost charged me twice for tourism tax until I showed bank charge earlier. Not worth it…

The hotel as an apartment is good and had a lovely massage . The area where it really lets itself down is the breakfast . we ate there the first morning and everything is below standard including coffee which you have to pay for espresso and they don't taste nice . we did not complain but ate at Gravy Baby so don't book breakfast . PS other guests have said the same to me

Rooms are well kept and very clean. Very good sized room as well. Great location and easy 10 min to Pavillion on the walkway or 2 min to the Petronius towers.
