Staff service for housekeeping is bad. Hotel should rate 2.5 - 3 star. Everyday continue asking for towels and staff not happy to deliver

When I place “do not disturb “ sign on the door on my second day. And your housekeeping doing my room when I’m out with the “do not disturb”sign on door? In March when I stay in your hotel, there is sign hang on door and they never clean the room. So what the standard for room make up?? To hang sign or don’t hang sign???? Luck there is nothing missing. And my room stay I only have 2 hanger?? There is no more shower gel and when room cleaning, they never replace? Is the second time I’m stay in your hotel..
