Friendly and professional front desk staff. Fulfill my needs of room tidy up & cleaning before 2pm. Able to get things fixed when I complained about air conditioning unit was malfunctioning.

Stayed on 12-14/11/22 because it is near MITEC where niece had a concert to attend. The hotel is within walking distance (about 15mins) to MITECH and 20 mins to Publika Shopping Gallery. The 2 bedroom comfy suite is very clean and spacious. Hotel is also clean and the staff at the reception are always friendly and ready to help. The first night we had problems with our room key cards and went to the lobby to inform the receptionist. The lady changed the cards and went upstairs with us to make sure the cards worked so that we didn’t have to go all the way to the lobby again if the cards still didn’t work. The night before departure we asked another receptionist about the travel conditions early the next morning and he advised us to leave for the airport early to avoid the Monday traffic which is super hectic from 6-8am. He even helped us book a taxi for the ride to the airport. We requested for room cleaning on the 2nd day and left a tip for the cleaner. The cleaner cleaned the room but didn’t take the tip. Overall, the hotel gave us a very good impression and gave us a fuss free and enjoyable stay.

出差時住在這裡,因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造,Ami這一家是公寓式的,樓層比較高,所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外,還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久,可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊,後面幾天好很多,餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間,期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢,維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠,周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳,走到最近的mall也有一定距離,建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店(超商?)東西很齊全很方便,可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。
