It is strategically located at the centre of shopping centres, dining areas and near mrt.

I had a disappointing experience in Ansa Hotel. I had specifically requested for my 2 rooms to be side by side as I was travelling with my 2 teenage girls. When we arrived, the staff gave us 2 rooms in 2 different levels. Despite explaining our concerns, he flatly rejected our requests claiming it was the agent's fault for acceding to my request and claimed Hotel was full for the day. Only when we refused to accept, then the staff managed to find 2 rooms on the same level. Rooms were not up to good standard too. Regretted my booking. Wont recommend it. There are many hotels that provide good service in this vicinity.

Location is convenient for walk around the area. Hotel room is spacious and staff is friendy.

A few areas that are very disappointing 1. Hotel drop off area - you need to take the stairs to the lobby. Which is very silly. Most tourists will have luggages. That’s inconvenient. 2. Dirty areas. The carpets were stained. And the whole building looks shabby. Strange smell also. Smells mouldy. 3. You can’t use Apple Pay. Need the physical card. Which is another inconvenience. 4. Cleaning staff woke us up and asked why we have not checked out. Only to realise they got the wrong room. Frustrating. The saving grace is the location. Which is really near to Pavilion malls etc

Location is excellent for shopping. Would be better if more rooms for 3 adults are available. I only manage to get 2 single beds so it's not so comfortable.

Room is dirty , ants everywhere including the bed and closet, you could see lots of flies and ants on the bed. Very disappointed and will NOT recommended.

This hotel is not a place to stay for 5 nights like we did- more 1 night stays. There is no pool and if you don’t mind loud rock bands playing music not far from the hotel in the street until 1am and fireworks at 2 am then the hotel is great. It is right in the heart of the very busy area of Bukit Bintang. The room was clean and modern though not especially large. I don’t think I will be staying again.
