we stay there
n they charge we are 20rm for one room。we only 4ppl (3adult 1children 3 1/2year)。they say is govents n tourist fee need too pay。idk why they charge so high。we stay at genting got charge also is 2rm per people n for adult only。i dont know wht is different。really not make sense。we dont want comeback anymore。

The filthiest hotel on earth.
Posted 5 Nov 2018 on HotelsIt was a terrifying experience checked in and witnessed the rooms condition. They didn’t look far worse from the photos on the website. Stain/mold in the wall, floor, ceiling, pillows. The gave me a free upgrade to a “better” and bigger room. But after 2 min. I decided to get out of this property, pulling my luggage under the pouring rain of Saturday Nov. 3rd and went to Starbucks to use the WiFi and searched for another place to stay. I would rather lose the money than catching anything from this establishment.

Dirty and small hotel
Posted 2 Feb 2018The hotel seems ok when you arrive, however the staff is not very friendly, I did a request by email for the arrangement of the room before my arrival and the staff agreed to do it. However when I arrive 2 or 3 days later I did not received what I request. Super noisy until 4 o’clock. The rooms are very small and dirty, the hotel does not provide any personal hygiene items as the show in the pictures. No luggage storage services if you want check out early. Very disappointing in general.

My sincere apology that the hotel is not up to your expectations. I take a serious view that the hotel staff is not friendly. I will certainly pursue the matter with my staff. Re your request for queen size bed and no smoking, all our rooms are non smoking & with queen size bed. During your stay, all the double rooms happened to be full, which may result in higher noise level. We have a reasonable big space to accommodate luggage beside the front desk counter. It is look after by the front desk assistant and the supervisor.
We also take a serious view that the room is dirty. Do let me know that your request to clean up the room again was not fulfilled. We will also change rooms for guests who requested it.
We will always endeavour to satisfy the customers.
One of the ways in resolving the issue is to take up the matter with the supervisor or the manager whilst staying at hotels.
