I didn't get the twin bed as per purchased and my name didn't appear in their system. But luckily the front desk offered us queen bed.

No remote control for tv & air cond..? Have to ask for kettle, yet it's not clean to use. Poor tv reception. Plug point also is not user friendly. Overall, better find another hotel with this kind of room charge.

I hope they could change the bedsheets for every check in. Lots of improvements to be done in terms of cleanliness.
