"The personnel were beyond kind. I had a problem with Expedia not sending over my booking information to them, but they immediately solved it. They booked me a beautiful luxurious room. They actually sent me to Foga Hebrus which is their partner hotel. It was perfect. The personnel were very helpful and always helped with a smile. The room and hotel were beautiful. The buffet in the morning was delicious. They had so many options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. "
