"Excellent location, only a short walk to the Hamburg terminal. Room & bed were comfortable. Restaurant food was good but very slow service. Some construction work going on so not quite as good or organised as they probably normally are."

"Incredibly receptive and communicative team here. Well furnished kitchen with all of the essentials. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Only thing Id note is you need to go to the neighboring hotel to access the gym and sauna. Easy enough to do so though."

Man entered my room 3 times while I was undressed
"Maintenance man entered my room 3 TIMES and i was NAKED EACH TIME, IN BED!!! I was solo with my 6 year old daughter. He kept entering. Only spoke german. There is NO ONE AT THE APT. Its all remote - do they know who this maintenance guy with the tattoos is who is entering my room? DO NOT RECOMMEND ..."
