"Brand New inside. Don’t go by just the name. All facilities available throughout. Very economical and worth the price. Rooms spacious and all amenities provided work properly. Service in terms of requests and things like water, towel replacement etc. a little on the longer side and wrong items brought to the room multiple times."

"The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). "

"Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. "The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "Property is spacious & good remote location for just relax ans stay away from coty crowd .Mall road & City is approx 20 minutes slow drive.Room has all the modern facility.Staff is very cooperative.Food is delicious.Cafe on terrace is awesome with some games for kids & adults. Resturant has alacart & buffet both.Car parking is available inside of resort.Bonefire is chargeable.Play area for kids."

"Limited water in taps, staff was not supportive in helping during the parking, I had to myself get my luggage from car to the hotel during checkout and check in. Food quality was poor, the spring rolls was extra burnt and then served. Parking was relatively safe as compared to nearby hotels."
