"Stayed here in February 2025. The service was phenomenal. Free drink vouchers at the hotel bar. Great breakfast with lots of options. We were also able to park in their underground lot for a small fee (though getting in and out was tricky). The view of the ocean from our room was amazing too."

When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."
